On the main floor there is a large Living-dining room with a fireplace, a Bathroom with bathtub and a fully equipped kitchen with access to two beautiful Porches overlooking the garden. In addition, the Villa has an independent Apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, 2 large en-suite Bedrooms and beautiful pool and garden views.
Outside, you will enjoy a large garden with more than 4,000 m2 with a big swimming pool, a relaxing Chill-out area, a Ping Pong table, Fruit trees, sun loungers and hammocks and an Orchard. There is also an area with a stone Barbecue and a large table with capacity for more than 15 diners allowing guests to enjoy wonderful moments with family or friends.
The house is located in the natural area of Val Miñor, where you can enjoy bike rides or hiking trails. The Villa is located only 5 mins
from beautiful white sandy beaches (America beach, Panxon, Patos, Prado, etc) and very close to the gorgeous town of Baiona.
