Casa de cuento, cuidado hasta el último detalle. Entorno rural maravilloso y perfectamente comunicado. Trato con los propietarios muy agradable. Todas las facilidades para hacerte sentir en tu propia casa.

Estancia perfecta en una casa encantadora, genial para ir con niños. Fantástica!! Nos impresionó la decoración tan cuidada y con tan buen gusto, pintura con detalles personales y muy dulces en cada esquina, encantadora. Eran dos viviendas conectadas por un patio interior con lo que al tener hijos adolescentes fue perfecto, ellos se sintieron independientes y tenían su propio espacio, y los adultos felices :). De las cinco habitaciones que tienen las dos viviendas (3 +2), cuatro tienen baño incorporado, con todo lo necesario (incluido secador) y el baño independiente tiene bañera de hidromasaje que no nos dio tiempo a probar. El futbolín nos dio para unas buenas risas, la chimenea fantástica y la casa muy calentita, leña de carballo impresionante a nuestro antojo. Había de todo lo que pudieramos necesitar y además Patricia estuvo a nuestra disposición en todo momento, no se puede pedir más. La zona de piscina y barbacoa está a unos pasos enfrente de la casa... simplemente genial, varios rinconcitos para relajarse y todo listo para disfrutar al exterior. El tiempo nos acompañó y pudimos comer fuera disfrutando de las vistas, la naturaleza y la compañía de fantásticos amigos. Está a un paso del centro del pueblo donde hay dos tiendas y barcillos para cualquier necesidad. Desde luego yo repetiría sin dudarlo.

Perfect relaxing holiday The photos of this holiday villa looked gorgeous, but the reality is even better! We flew from Dublin into Santiago and it was only just over an hours drive to reach A Lama. We were able to stop at a supermarket on the way in the nearby village. The owner was there to greet us and show us around, also to show us places of interest on the map. Also leaving us a bottle of very nice local wine! We loved everything about the villa, it is homely and cosy, the girls loved their pretty downstairs bedroom with en suit, and our upstairs bedroom was also very cosy. The gardens are so beautiful, private and tranquil! the girls were thrilled that there was no time limit on the swimming pool, and as the garden lights up and looks so magical after dark they often were swimming til late! We also enjoyed eating our meals at the lovely big table in the garden and chatting as the sun went down. My other favorite part was sitting on the balcony overlooking the courtyard and reading in the evening. It was also fantastic to have use of the washing machine, especially after adventurous days out nearby horse riding, kayaking, river beach and taking a ferry out to the Islands. There is so much to do in the gorgeous surrounding areas, then relaxing in the garden when we came home made this the perfect place for adults and teenagers, just perfect!
