Leading off the living area is a small well equipped modern kitchen, which opens into a side terrace with a gas BBQ , herb garden and seating area. The ground floor hosts the guest quarters (which are independent from the main house) and which include three large double bedrooms with French doors opening to a lawn area just above the pool and sun deck area.
