Boutique eco-friendly rural house, recently restored, with garden, jacuzzi and private pool, only 4.5 km away from Santiago de Compostela. It can be booked together with another house next door (ref#370). Each house has exclusive and independent entrance, garden and swimming pool.
The house is a good example of balanced combination of tradition and modernity. It has a superb decoration, mixing the traditional elements of a eco-rural house with modern features.
It has 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms –with terrace and garden views-, a living room with a double sofa bed and under-floor heating, a fireplace, bathrooms with hydromassage shower and a fully equipped kitchen.
Outside, there is a cozy garden with a chill out area, jacuzzi and a wonderful infinity pool with relaxing valley views, as well as a Barbecue to enjoy the long summer after-diners. The jacuzzi is heated by solar panels, so its effect is only noticeable in Spring and Summer. The villa offers a shared garden with a small organic vegetable garden where you can pick your seasonal fruits and vegetables. From the garden, there is access to a forest path for walks and short nature strolls.
The house is located in a peaceful setting just 10 minutes by car from the centre of Santiago de Compostela, where you can explore its stunning historic old town, the majestic Cathedral of Santiago de Compostela, and a wide selection of restaurants serving the finest Galician cuisine, as well as numerous walking trails and natural spots perfect for relaxing.
