The interior is bright and welcoming, featuring a spacious living-dining room, several sitting rooms with fireplaces and cosy lounges, as well as two fully equipped kitchens: one in the main house and another on the ground floor, which functions as an independent apartment and an extension of the main property when needed.
In addition, the owners have added a perfectly integrated annexe, ideal for providing extra space when accommodating more guests or for enjoying separate areas within the same setting

The two upper floors have 5 comfortable and modern bedrooms, two of them with a balcony, which will allow you to enjoy the awesome views of the valley and the house's gardens. The other 5 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, belong to the apartment and the annex on the ground floor.

The exterior will not leave you indifferent. The gardens, a privileged vantage point to the Vea valley, are distributed in wide differentiated spaces. Next to the spacious car park, an independent building houses the grill-barbecue spot -with a water point and three service fridges-, as well as a large dining room with capacity for about 40 people and a bathroom.

The two porches that surround the house have many tables and chairs.

Following the path next to the house and past the playground -with a trampoline and a swing-, we get to the beautiful pool, fed on by a small waterfall of spring water. Only the sound of running water and the song of a bird break the silence that invades the entire property, surrounded by nature, mountains and olive trees.

The Villa enjoys an extraordinary location, at a relatively short distance from essential enclaves to get to know Galicia: Cuntis and Caldas de Reis' thermal springs are only 10 minutes away by car -together with several spas and the famous and beautiful river pools of Caldas de Reis, the spectacular waterfalls of the river Barosa - and Santiago de Compostela, 20 min. The coast is very accessible as well, being the beaches of Vilagarcía the closest ones, along with the rest of O Salnés, such as Sanxenxo or Portonovo.
