A large villa that shares a pool* and garden with two independent apartments.
Located near the medieval coastal town of Baiona it is home to some of the best and largest beaches in Galicia.
It is a beautiful summer house with a charming enclosed private garden that overlooks a large swimming pool as well as the stunning valley and mountain.
The garden is the perfect spot to relax with a book and a glass of Albariño house wine. You can also take a siesta under the trees, or just contemplate the amazing views of Val Miñor. The children will have a great time enjoying the pool or playing around on the lawn.
The villa is divided by 3 floors. The ground floor holds a wine cellar where every September the owner produces fine house wine.
On the first floor we find the living-dining room and the kitchen. The second floor holds 3 bedrooms and on the third floor there are 2 bedrooms. All bedrooms are en-suite.
There is also a large rustic style dining room that's for the exclusive use of the guests in the house and it seats up to 25 people.
Additionally the house has 2 self-contained apartments with independent entrances that can be rented together with the house or individually.
The garden and pool will be shared except when renting the whole property (house and apartments).

The area is perfect for those who wish to relax on a beach or prefer to visit to historical sites such medievals towns of Baiona and Tui, the roman/celtic ruins of Santa Trega Mountain, the petroglifs of Monte Tetón, the famous vineyards of Albariño and Rosal wine, the bay and city of Vigo and just 15 minutes away we found the beautiful fort-towns of Northen Portugal such Valenza do Minho, Vilanova de Cerveira and Caminha.
Pontevedra is a city with a passion for culture and tradition. In recent years it has become almost completely pedestrianised, perfect for taking a stroll to enjoy the beautiful parks and squares and the many bars and restaurants.
The coastline is formed by the Rias Baixas which are dotted with picturesque fishing villages and highly attractive towns such as Baiona, Sanxenxo, O Grove and the Islands of Cíes and A Toja.
Cíes Islands are the Vigo estuary´s greatest treasure. An amazing National park internationally known for the most beautiful beach of the world: Rodas beach. The islands are full of unspoiled beaches with clear waters and spectacular sceneries such as the amazing cliffs that you can see from the lighthouse.
Sanxenxo and Portonovo has a young happening atmosphere with its busy beaches and modern bars.
O Grove is a pleasant fishing village with wide soft sandy beaches. Fresh seafood is a speciality here. O Grove is connected to the island of La Toja by a bridge. La Toja has a reputation for being exclusive and attracts wealthy residents and holiday makers alike. One of the main attractions here is the church which is completely covered in local sea shells.
The old quarter in Combarro has been declared Property of Cultural Interest. Combarro is famous for the crosses situated in the squares or crossroads, the figure of the Virgin Mary is usually facing the sea and Christ is facing the ground.
The long beautiful beaches of A Lanzada have fine sand and turquoise waters. Opposite the beach in the distance is the pretty Island of Ons, a popular destination for boat trips.
Within the province of Pontevedra there are many vineyards. The largest concentration of wineries is in Val do Salnes which surrounds the town of Cambados.
