Amazing property near Vigo and Pontevedra with stunning panoramic sea views from the garden and pool.
Once a large farm house, it is now converted into a luxury holiday villa offering high quality accommodation and facilities.
Large and spacious property with 6 en-suite bedrooms. They are all located on the upper floor with direct access to the lovely covered terrace where we also find a nice seating area with table and chairs as well as a peaceful stone fish pond with a water fountain. Four of the bedrooms share the same entrance hall and the other two have independent entrances.
Both the house and garden have been beautifully decorated using many traditional and historical elements inherited by the family from previous generations. You will find perfect detail in each corner of every room and will enjoy the different comfortable seating areas allowing you to unwind reading a book, drinking a glass of wine or anything at your leisure.
There is also a lovely sitting place surrounded by the remains of an old stone wall which could perfectly be called "lover's garden hideaway" from where you have stunning views of the sea and far away villages, mountains and countryside.
The salted water swimming pool really boasts a very attractive spot overlooking great natural scenery. At night the views are fantastic with all the lights from the nearby and further away villages and the reflection of the moon on the calmed sea water.... It is just like a beautiful painting that must not be missed!

Summer 2017, UK:
"Beautiful villa and very welcoming and friendly owner (Paula). The photos don't do it justice. Booking was easy and again Patricia was very helpful and friendly"
Summer 2016, UK:
"This was our first visit to Galicia. The house was a great place for our two families groups to stay. It has a lot of character, is well equipped and ideally located for a lazy day doing nothing, day trips to the rias, or a night out in Pontevdera. Will also give a big thumbs up to the local pub Casa dos Druids. Good welcome there and good tapas. Weather was tip top and the scenery beautiful. Some good experiences eating out; go for the seafood! We have had some good holidays but this one is pretty much up there at the top of the pile. One final point, your company has provided a very good level of service"
Only five minutes walk from the house you will find a local tapas bar and 1km away there are more restaurants, groceries shops, pharmacy, etc.
The nearest beach is found just 2km away, but some of the most stunning and unspoilt white sandy beaches in the area of Cangas are about 10-15 minutes drive away.
Pontevedra is a city with a passion for culture and tradition. In recent years it has become almost completely pedestrianised, perfect for taking a stroll to enjoy the beautiful parks and squares and the many bars and restaurants.
The coastline is formed by the Rias Baixas which are dotted with picturesque fishing villages and highly attractive towns such as Baiona, Sanxenxo, O Grove and the Islands of Cíes and A Toja.
Cíes Islands are the Vigo estuary´s greatest treasure. An amazing National park internationally known for the most beautiful beach of the world: Rodas beach. The islands are full of unspoiled beaches with clear waters and spectacular sceneries such as the amazing cliffs that you can see from the lighthouse.
Sanxenxo and Portonovo has a young happening atmosphere with its busy beaches and modern bars.
O Grove is a pleasant fishing village with wide soft sandy beaches. Fresh seafood is a speciality here. O Grove is connected to the island of La Toja by a bridge. La Toja has a reputation for being exclusive and attracts wealthy residents and holiday makers alike. One of the main attractions here is the church which is completely covered in local sea shells.
The old quarter in Combarro has been declared Property of Cultural Interest. Combarro is famous for the crosses situated in the squares or crossroads, the figure of the Virgin Mary is usually facing the sea and Christ is facing the ground.
The long beautiful beaches of A Lanzada have fine sand and turquoise waters. Opposite the beach in the distance is the pretty Island of Ons, a popular destination for boat trips.
Within the province of Pontevedra there are many vineyards. The largest concentration of wineries is in Val do Salnes which surrounds the town of Cambados.
